Do I need to be tech-savvy to use AutoInvoice?
Not at all. If you can send a text message, you can use AutoInvoice. Most users are up and running in under 10 minutes.
What happens after my 30-day free trial?
You can upgrade to Solo (€9/month) or Pro (€19/month) to keep automated schedules running. If you don't upgrade, manual sending still works — you just won't get the automation.
Can my clients pay online?
Payment links are coming soon. For now, invoices include your bank details and clients pay by bank transfer as normal.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored in the EU on secure, encrypted servers. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel in one click from your billing settings.
Does it work for VAT-registered businesses?
Yes, on all plans. Add your VAT number to your profile and it will appear on all your invoices. VAT rate selection (0%, 9%, 13.5%, 23%) is included.
